The Hunt - Central & Eastern Namibia

We hunt plains game, more than 20 species, in the east of Namibia on the western edge of the Kalahari desert. (Original hunting / gathering area of the Bushmen) The hunting area traverses 200 000 hectares of bushveld savanna, mainly on commercial farmland.

The hunting season lasts from beginning of February until the end of November.

The vastness of this area and the extraordinary skill of our PH, Koos Pienaar, provides for the best trophies. We can proudly say that over the years of operation we have succeeded in harvesting trophies of outstanding quality to great satisfaction of our hunting clients. Numerous trophies qualified for gold medals and almost became the standard of what we hunt.

We offer challenging hunts for experienced hunters as well as attractive packages for first time hunters. We look forward to welcoming you at Huntafrica Namibia.

The Accommodation - Good Hope Country House

Situated on our farm Good Hope in the East of Namibia. Here you can enjoy the traditional hospitality of your host and hostess, James and Christine Chapman. Enjoy the privacy of our comfortable, air conditioned en-suite rooms - each decorated with its own distinctive African touch. Share our fireplace and join us for meals at our congenial family table.
